We are a design & build company licensed to do any interior or exterior project.

We are doing both the construction and the design. The design is a key instrument to bringing the project to the exact desire of the client. The design can come in 2D, 3D, and precise renderings as well. These design features are excellent for permitting / HOA.

We have the following licenses:
B – General build license. This is for interior projects.
C27 – landscaping. This is for exterior projects.

Customers will purchase any finished materials separately (and we are there every step of the way to help explain the options) This may include anything that ranges in size or color, which therefore ranges in price (example: pavers, rocks, decomposed granite). Since we provide an exact quote, having the customer purchase the finished material directly from the vendor allows them to have unlimited options, it is also cheaper for the customer. We are partnered with many vendors including RCP and MSI, where our customers can purchase the product with our discount. We will set up the purchase and delivery so customers only need to make the payment directly to the vendor and we handle the rest. We handle all installation of these materials, including anything that may need to go underneath them to install (road base, decomposed granite, weed barrier, polymeric sand).

The workers are often at your property for an extended length of time, so it is important to work with someone you trust. We also advise you to always check a company’s license, bond, and insurance to ensure it is current and active. It is best to work with a company that also offers great warranty so that you don’t have to worry about redoing the project in a year or two.

The best time to remodel is as soon as possible, since prices increase each year due to inflation. The cheapest time to remodel tends to be winter when construction companies have the most availability.

A project manager will conduct an on-site visit that includes designing with you, taking measurements, educating you on how we install our products, as well as an informative review of our company to ensure you are comfortable with the process.

The time of a remodeling project has many variables including permitting and HOA approvals, and the project size. Our office is fully staffed to assist with all permitting, engineering, and HOA needs as necessary for your project. Our team will be on-site to work on your project 6 days a week to ensure details, quality control, and of course that your project is completed as soon as possible.

We have project managers to manage your project from start to finish. The project manager will be on-site every day to ensure the proper installation of all products. They are dedicated to you to help with designing, choosing, and ordering materials, providing updates, serving as a liaison between you and the foreman, overcoming any obstacles during the process, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction before project completion.

Prices of remodeling projects vary greatly based on the size of the project and materials needed to complete the project. Our project managers will provide you with a same day exact quote so you will know precisely what to expect.

Having an idea of design before starting the project is helpful to start the project sooner. Showing references of your desired outcome can assist the project manager in designing the project for you and determining what materials are needed, or offering advice and suggestions during your consultation. 2D and 3D rendering are available upon request if you need a visual before beginning.

Not all projects require permitting. Due to city/county regulations, your project manager will let you know if one is required. In the case one is needed, our office will handle all permitting for you by communicating with the city. If a permit is required, it is essential to obtain one to prevent any problems with the city in the future that may require you to tear down unpermitted construction.

We offer excellent warranties for installation and products offered. All materials are installed to withstand time and weather, which is reflected in our warranty provided. Once the design is finalized and products needed are known, the project manager will discuss which warranties are offered.

You are not required to be home for the renovation. Our project managers are on site daily to oversee the project so that the homeowners can continue to work or travel during the renovation if desired. However, it is entirely up to the homeowner if they want to be present during the renovation.
